PREPARATION

STEP ONE: Prepare the necessary materials. Wash the king oyster mushroom clean, cut it into a thicker slice and cut it into a grid.

STEP TWO: Cook the mushrooms. Add water to the pan and bring to a boil. Pour the King oyster mushrooms into the pot and remove after 30 seconds. Mix the sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce, a spoon of raw soy sauce, half a spoon of old soy sauce, a little sugar, 1 spoon of cornstarch, add an appropriate amount of water and stir well.
